We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, memberships, support, and a better learning experience.

Information we use

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a securely derived password record. If you become a member, we keep the membership reference, status, plan, and billing-period information needed to provide access.

When you contact us, we use the details in your message to reply. Please do not send passwords or payment-card information through the contact form.

Learning and site activity

For signed-in learners, we record lesson views so that My learning can show started courses and help you resume where you left off. We also use privacy-conscious, aggregated page-view analytics to understand which public pages are useful. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or search-query strings for this purpose.

Payments and service providers

Membership payments are processed by PayPal. Syllabrook does not store your payment-card details. We use service providers only where they are needed to operate payments, email support, hosting, and site delivery.

Cookies and sessions

We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. You can sign out from your account at any time.
