These terms explain the basic rules for using Syllabrook courses, accounts, and memberships.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and use accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

Course access

Free courses and free first lessons may be available without a membership. Premium course access is available to learners with an active Syllabrook membership. Course access is personal and may not be shared, copied, resold, or republished.

Membership and billing

Memberships renew unless you turn off renewal in My learning. When you cancel renewal, your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed by PayPal.

Learning content

Syllabrook courses are educational resources for general learning. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other regulated advice. Use your judgment and seek qualified help where appropriate.

Questions about a charge

If you have a billing question or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with the email used for your membership and the date and amount of the charge. We will review requests in line with applicable law and the payment provider processes.

Changes and contact

We may update the site, courses, or these terms as Syllabrook evolves. Continued use after a material update means you accept the updated terms, subject to rights that cannot be limited by applicable law. Questions can be sent through our contact form →.
